Registration:

All guests/visitors must register prior to entering the resort.

Visitors:

Daily visitor fee is $10.00 per person;
(visitors must be with a registered guest and checked into the office)

visitors must leave by 10:00 pm.

Check In:

Check in for campsites is 2:00pm

Check In for Cabins is 3:00pm

Check Out:

Check out for campsite is 11:00am.

Check out for Cabins is 11:00am

Gate Pass:

$20.00 deposit per electronic gate pass.

Refundable at time of check-out and electronic gate pass is returned in working condition.

Speed Limit:

Strictly enforced 5 mph within the Resort.

Site Selection:

Do not change sites before checking with office, site selection is only guaranteed for days paid.

Quiet Hours:

11:00pm – 7:30am.

Pets:

Pets are welcome, but must be on a leash and supervised at all times.

No pets allowed in the amenity areas or buildings.

All pet droppings must be picked up and disposed of properly.

Campfires:

Allowed in fire rings only, do not relocate fire rings.

Firewood may be purchased at Store.

Do not cut trees, branches, or remove bark from trees.

Smoking:

No smoking allowed in any buildings, cabins or park campers.

Do not discard cigarette butts on ground.

Fireworks/Firearms:

Prohibited within the Resort.

Alcoholic Beverages:

Allowed at campsite only.

Trash:

Place all trash in dumpsters.

Do not leave trash outside overnight.

Clotheslines:

No clotheslines or other items may be tied to trees.

RV’s/Cars:

Two vehicles & one RV allowed per site.
(inquire at office for additional vehicles)

No repair work allowed.

ATVs/UTVs/ROVs/Scooters:

All ATVs/UTVs/ROVs must be kept on trailers,

no operation of ATVs/UTVs/ROVs is allowed within the Resort.

No scooters or motorized bikes allowed.

Golf Carts:

Rentals are available at office to Licensed drivers only.

Private golf carts must be insured and registered ($19) at office prior to entering the Resort. NO GAS DRIVEN CARTS

Washing of Vehicles:

No washing of any vehicles, campers, or RVs allowed.

Do not dump gray water on ground.

Boating on river:

Electric, paddle, kayak or row boats only

No gas motors.

Fishing in the river:

Fishing allowed from bank. Bait is not sold at office.

Please properly dispose of all fishing line, hooks, etc.

Swimming in the river:

Swimming is not allowed.

Swimming Pool:

Please obey posted rules and hours.

All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK | No lifeguard on duty.

Tennis/Basketball/volleyball Court/Pavilion:

In this area, no bicycles, skates, skateboards, or scooters allowed.

General:

Parents/Guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.

Please respect other guests, do not play TV’s or radios so loud that your neighbor can hear the noise.

Please do not walk through other guest’s campsites.

Please properly secure personal belongings.
